Workshop Services

We shall provide Scheduled Maintenance and Servicing of all vehicles handed over to us under this contract.

Scheduled Service shall be completed within one working day unless otherwise the work goes beyond the scope of Scheduled Service Plan.

Repairs that go beyond the Scheduled Service Plan or requires Special Engineering Services shall be reported to our client, awaiting approval through a work order before work on such vehicles commences.

For every 5000 km covered by vehicle by your company, a scheduled service will be carried out per our recommended service categories, attached as Appendix I (Service Chart). Schedule and Cost of Service will be based on Spares Parts and agreed labour rates, attached as Appendix II (Service Cost) and Appendix III (Labour Cost).

Emergency Breakdown will be attended to by our team in and around Obuasi and the cost will be based on the format in Appendix IV.

To ensure safety, we shall test all repaired vehicles before releasing them to our client.

In all, we shall be committed to the supply of labour, Spare Parts and all other Mechanical tools needed to execute safe and required services under this contract.

SERVICE COSTS

All Scheduled Service Cost includes spare parts, labour and other materials.

All Unscheduled (Breakdown) Service Cost will include transportation cost based on distance, spares parts, tool & equipment and labour cost

Cost may be affected by supplier’s price movements and inflation.

Cost of additional work will depend largely on labour hours, materials and parts used.

CONFIDENTIALITY, COMPLIANCE AND ARBITRATION

All vehicles and other information released to us under this contract shall be handed over to our client on termination of contract.

We will be held responsible if any information of confidential nature is divulged to any person, persons or organisation during our period of service and beyond.

We shall be subject to the rules and regulations, code of conduct provided by our client required for an efficient and expected delivery of our services.

Any signed documents and agreements shall be governed by laws of the Republic of Ghana.

Any breach of contract terms, dispute or any unfair treatment shall be referred to arbitration under the Alternative Dispute Resolutions Act 2010 (Act 798) and or statutory modifications.
